Welcome to Beyond The Shoppe!
Our story began with our fall into KPop and the shared love for BTS and the adorable BT21 characters. As BTS ARMY, we found ourselves constantly inspired by the music, artistry, and positivity that BTS brings into the world. We wanted to channel that inspiration into something tangible, something that could be shared with fellow ARMY members around the globe. Thus, "Beyond The Shoppe" was born on Etsy, an online shop dedicated to crafting unique and imaginative BTS and BT21-inspired products.
Our journey down this rabbit hole has now extended into our love for other KPOP groups and expanding our merchandise at the request from our customers - including Stray Kids, Ateez and soon many others!

If you can't find what you are looking for, we are happy to customize the product for you at no additional fee! Just let us know what you are looking for :)

Shipping
Make sure your address is listed in full and properly. It is also a good idea to ensure that delivery of your package can be completed in a safe & secure location if you are not available - especially if you live in an apartment. We can not be responsible once the package is delivered (in case of theft, etc.)

Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking email with a link where you can track your delivery.

How soon will my items ship?
Orders usually ship within 5 to 8 business days. You will receive a tracking email once your order ships.

International Orders
Please ensure that your address is clear and you have included everything including your city, region/state/district/etc. If you are not able to add to the ETSY form field, please message me with the details. This is important so that your package reaches you!

Phone number
We recommend adding your phone number to your order in case we need to contact you asap regarding a shipping detail.

Problem with your order
Contact me as soon as possible with the details. Make sure you include your order number so I can track the package and offer a solution.

Resourcing
Sometimes, due to the availability of materials and/or to keep our prices low, if we can not resource the product locally, we do have overseas production that steps in to assist. We still ensure that the delivery date is the same as expected.

Return Policy
In general, we do not offer returns on items since they are custom-created for your order. However, if there's something wrong with it - please contact us. We are happy to assist in resolving issues.

Damaged Items
If your product was damaged in transit, please contract us as soon as possible. Keep all of the packaging and send us pictures of both the packaging and the damage.
