  • Custom Production: All orders are custom-produced upon purchase. Please review your order carefully before completing the checkout process.

  • Order Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation after placing your order. If you do not receive confirmation, please check your spam folder or contact us at info@beyondtheshoppe.com.

3. Shipping and Delivery

  • Processing Time: Since all items are custom-made, please allow 3-10, depending on the item, for production before shipping.

  • Shipping Time: Delivery times vary based on your location and selected shipping method. Estimated shipping times are provided at checkout.

  • Delays: We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

4. Return and Exchange Policy

  • Custom Orders: Due to the custom nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns or offer refunds.

  • Exceptions: In select cases, we may offer store credit or an exchange for a different item at our discretion.

  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We will work with you to find a satisfactory solution.

5. Cancellations and Modifications

  • Orders cannot be canceled or modified once production has started.

  • If you need to make changes, contact us immediately after placing your order. Once production starts, we are not able to make any changes or modifications.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Beyond The Shoppe is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.

  • Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the product in question.
