  • During peak seasons or promotions, processing times may be extended.


2. Shipping Time and Methods

  • Estimated Delivery Time:

    • International: 3-14 Days

4. International Shipping

  • Customs Fees & Duties: International customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

5. Shipping Delays

  • We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

    • Customs processing

    • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

  • Please ensure to include any special instructions, including: gate codes, specific locations for leaving packages, etc.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

  • Once the order has been shipped and marked as delivered, Beyond The Shoppe is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

  • If your package is missing, please check with your local post office or carrier.

7. Address Errors

  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
